Danny Winn and the Earthlings is an original modern day Ska and Reggae band based out of Albuquerque, New Mexico. Formed by lifelong musician and songwriter Danny Winn in the fall of 2001, they have won several 'New Mexico Music Industry Awards' and have been performing in and around the Southwest music scene ever since.  In 2007 Danny Winn and the Earthlings’ song ``Rejected'' was featured in the Michael Moore movie "Sicko" as well as several other songs appearing in many production commercials.

After a ton of hard work and a relentless touring schedule opening for legendary ska bands such as Goldfinger, Reel Big Fish and The Toasters to name a few, Danny Winn and The Earthlings built an extremely loyal crowd following which continues to grow until this day. Danny Winn and The Earthlings has been best described by Neelam Mehta, writer for the New Mexico newspaper, “The Alibi”. She writes. “If the fizz of Mountain Dew could be translated into music, it would sound exactly like Danny Winn and the Earthlings: exhilarating, high-energy and really, really bubbly. Leave it to those catchy, filled beats or maybe even the infectious bass lines, and before you know it there'll be a pit of fans in front of the stage skanking like there's no tomorrow.  DW&E have been the face of the local ska scene, playing their music not to make a political stand, not to effect vast social change, but simply, says Danny Winn, " ... to put fun back into music, and try to bring ska back to mainstream radio without selling out."
